The Rehab Initiative has acquired authorizations from government regulators to promote its objectives of maintaining effective supply chain services along with fulfilling all focus areas. To work in the humanitarian sector in Pakistan, there needs to be constant monitoring form the government regulators in order to have operations green lighted. To fulfill all the required government pre-requisitions, the Rehab Initiative has acquired all relevant authorizations, the details of which are as follows:

Registration and Incorporation with the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as NPO under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984
DRAP
License to import medical devices from the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP)
ICCI
Registration with the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI)
FBR
Income & Sales Tax registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)
RCCI
Accreditation from the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI)
WeBOC
Accreditation from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry WeBOC – Import authorization from Customs Department
Department of Health
License for Sales & Distribution of medical Devices from the Department of Health of the Federal Government Islamabad.
SBP
Borrower code registration with State Bank of Pakistan.
